Q. Are There Any Fees To Sign Up For A My Aroma Points Account?

A. My Aroma Points accounts are completely free. A My Aroma Points account is used to disperse promotional offers and discounts, and it is merely there to thank our customers for keeping us under consideration when shopping.

Q. How Do I Cancel My Aroma Points Account?

A. In order to cancel your My Aroma Points account please contact us with a written notice via e-mail to our Customer Service Department. Cancellation may take up to 48 business hours, at which time all My Aroma Points will be eliminated along with the cancelled account.

Q. FRAGRANCE LONGEVITY

A. The intensity and longevity of a perfume is based on the concentration, intensity and longevity of the aromatic compounds used. As the percentage of aromatic compounds increases, so does the intensity and longevity of the scent created. Please keep it in mind that longevity of Fragrances changes duo to variation of ingredients, year of production, origin of the item, different body types and different reaction of the chemical nature of scent on each body.Generally speaking, perfumes don't like staying around on a Dry Skin. Oilier skin tends to retain fragrances better. Natural oils of your skin form stronger bonds with the essentials oil and synthetic molecules in the fragrance. One way to improve longevity in the case of dry skin is to make in oilier.We often determine the longevity of a perfume by how long we can smell it. This way of determining the longevity of a fragrance has little to do with its chemical properties and a lot more to do with our ability to smell. After our noses is exposed to a scent, our smell receptors stop registering it. so that they can pick up new different smells. Just because we cannot smell a fragrance anymore, it does not mean it is not there and noticeable to others.In simple word, the smell molecules fall into two categories, simple and complex. The structure of the simple molecules is simple and therefore, when exposed to air they break up quickly and disappear. Complex Molecules, on the other hand, take longer to break down and therefore last a lot longer on the skin.Would it last longer if we spray more Perfume? No. This is rarely the case. If you apply more perfume, you just smell stronger for the same period of time.Spraying perfume of your clothes makes the scent last longer, but there are two downsides:1- Perfume can stain clothes 2- Some perfumes smell differently on clothes that on skin.

Q. Where does my order ship from?

A. All orders placed on our site ships from our warehouse in Long Island City, New York.

Q. When will you ship?

A. Any orders placed during weekdays after 2pm EST, on holidays or weekends will ship the following business day. Next day service not available to PO Boxes.

Q. An item is missing from my shipment.

A. Please check all packing materials to make sure the item was not overlooked. If you are unable to locate the missing item, contact our Customer Service Team by phone at 844-552-7662 or email customercare@maxaroma.com. Please have your order number ready in order to help us locate your order quickly.

Q. My order never arrived.

A. Confirm the tracking of your shipment with the carrier to confirm that your package was delivered. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you are not in possession of it, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@maxaroma.com for further assistance.

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Typically, it takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be finalized. Contact our Customer Service Team by phone at 844-552-7662 or email customercare@maxaroma.com as quickly as possible to cancel or change your order and we will make every effort to see these changes are made prior to your order shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it is shipped. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact our Customer Care Team by phone at 844-552-7662 or email customercare@maxaroma.com.

Q. How can I return my product / order?

  • fill out the left side.
  • look for your order.
  • Press the "return button" next to the item to be returned.
  • Select you reason for returning.
  • If you product is damaged, please select "damaged" and upload a picture depicting the damage.

Keep in mind that the return request could be sent per item only, not per order. Also, we do not accept returns for 5 ml atomizers (pocket perfumes), for further details, please click here.

Please allow one business day for your request to be approved, after that we will send you a prepaid return label with details about your return. Please read the instructions carefully to avoid any confusion.

Please note that we may apply a restocking fee if our quality control detects a high number of returns in a considerable short period of time (this includes to returned new items as well). If you receive a complimentary gift with your order such as 5 ML Traveler Sprays or Discovery sets/Bundles, please make sure to return them in order to receive a full refund. Q. My package was supposed to be delivered to a Freight forwarder, but I did not receive my package, what can I do?

A.

A: Please get in contact with your freight forwarder in order to find more details about your package. We use the exact shipping address our customer provide and if there's a signature, we could find out who might have signed for it. Also, if your freight forwarder denies receiving this package with/without a signature, we will need for you to fill out our claim form and file a police report in order to start with a replacement process, please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds.
